Stage & Screen Star Anthony Rapp Is Home (Not Just For the Holidays)
WDCB’s Gary Zidek caught up with award-winning actor Anthony Rapp to talk about his new holiday show HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

Stage and screen star Anthony Rapp is bringing some holiday cheer to the area with a new cabaret show. Lookingglass Theater is presenting HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS. It’s a homecoming of sorts for Rapp. The award-winning actor grew up in Joliet and worked in the local theater community. He moved to New York in 1989, building a wildly successful career acting on stage and in film and TV projects. Rapp shot to stardom in the mid-90s after his performance in the original production of the ground-breaking musical RENT. Now he’s back in the area, and not just for the run of this new holiday show, Rapp lives in Chicago with his husband and kids. And he’s excited to present this new holiday show.
