Community Tradition Continues For Year 70

WDCB’s Gary Zidek chats with Ken & Phyllis Lubinski, the producers of this year’s annual Vshow. The Park Ridge tradition has been bringing parents together since 1955.

WDCB 90.9 FM · The Arts Section: 70-Year Variety Show Tradition Still Going Strong

A 70-year Park Ridge tradition is set to continue this month. Field Elementary School parents will present the latest edition of the VShow starting on Friday March 8.  The annual variety show is produced, written and performed entirely by parents whose children attend the District 64 elementary school. All the money raised from sponsorship and ticket sales goes to support school projects and extra curricular programs.
