“In my world, our organization is for everyone who is Scottish by birth, by heritage or simply by inclination.” - Chicago Scots president Gus Noble talking about who should watch this year’s Scottish Festival and Highland Games.
It will be all Scottish, all the time, Saturday August 1 at the 34th annual Scottish Festival and Highland Games. Of course this year’s event will be unlike any of the previous 33, because of the pandemic the Chicago Scots will be presenting the festival and games virtually. This summer, people will be able to watch and engage with different parts of the festival and games online.
The festivities will officially kick-off at 2pm cst on Saturday August 1. You can find more information about this year’s Scottish Festival and Highland Games here.
