Two tennis players take center court in Writers Theatre’s new virtual production of THE LAST MATCH. Anna Ziegler’s play takes place during one of the final rounds of the US Open, with up-and-coming Russian phenom Sergei taking on the established American star Tim. Directed by Kiera Fromm, the production goes beyond the stakes of the match, to explore different aspects of the players’ personal lives.
