After years of expansion, Chicago fine dining fans witnessed some surprising closures in 2016. Michelin-rated GRACE, 42 GRAMS & TRU were among the most high profile establishments to close their doors.
"I think we'll see both, unexpected closings and exciting openings ... we're going to see more places from these more established restaurant groups, but I think we're going to continue to see more restaurants closing" - Amy Cavanaugh on what to expect in 2018.
