Giordano Dance’s upcoming program at the Harris Theater will be unlike anything it's previously done. SOARING is intensely personal for the close-knit company, which is led by Nan Giordano. The organization’s artistic director is the daughter of the company’s late founder, Gus Giordano. SOARING was originally slated to be a celebration of Giordano’s 40 years leading the company’s artistic endeavors. And that will still be an element of the performance, but the program will also serve as a tribute and celebration of life for Giordano’s adult son, Keenan, who passed away unexpectedly this past fall.

Giordano Dance Chicago’s upcoming program SOARING will take place at the Harris Theater Friday April 4 & Saturday April 5. You can find more information at giordanodance.org
