Written by John Hughes, HOME ALONE has been delighting audiences for 31 years. The film is especially popular in the Chicago-area, which is where the film is set and where Hughes spent his formative years. The movie’s mix of physical comedy, quotable lines and touching family dynamics have aged well over the years. Tracy J. Connor is part of one of the more memorable scenes in the 1990 classic HOME ALONE. She plays the supermarket cashier who questions young Kevin McAllister as he attempts to do some shopping for the house. The Joliet native lives in Cincinnati these days, but Connor’s work in HOME ALONE is still a part of her life three decades later.
