It’s been an interesting 2020 for concert pianist Jorge Federico Osorio. The Mexican-born, Paris-trained and currently Chicago-based musician is the featured performer in a new recital that’s available through the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s new digital platform CSOtv. The performance was recorded in an empty Orchestra Hall earlier this fall. It marked a return to the stage for Osorio, who was planning for a full year of live performances when the COVID-19 pandemic struck in March.
