Author J. Ryan Stradal’s new book THE LAGER QUEEN OF MINNESOTA dives into a complicated family narrative set against the booming beer. The story is centered around two sisters, Edith and Helen, who have been estranged since their father died and left the family farm to Helen in the late 60’s.
