The Arts Section 03/10/19: Dimensions of Citizenship & Steppenwolf Expansion

The Arts Section 03/10/19: Dimensions of Citizenship & Steppenwolf Expansion

On this edition of The Arts Section, host Gary Zidek visits Wrightwood 659 for an up-close look at Dimensions of Citizenship, the U.S. entry at last year’s Venice Architecture Biennale. The exhibit explores the question of what it means to be a citizen with 7 installations. Gary catches up with New York Times best-selling author Don Winslow to talk about his new book THE BORDER, the third and final installment of his cartel trilogy. A little later in the program, the Dueling Critics, Kerry Reid and Jonathan Abarbanel, stop by to review Lifeline Theatre’s spy dramedy THE MAN WHO WAS THURSDAY. And then a story about Steppenwolf Theatre’s expansion plans. All that plus, the weekly Arts Section calendar is in this week’s program.
