It’s been a trying 2020 for all brick-and-mortar retailers, Wicker Park neighborhood-based Volumes Bookcafe has worked hard to engage with its patrons during the pandemic. Business has picked up during the holidays, but Volumes co-owner Rebecaa George is concerned about the early months of 2021.
