The Elmhurst Art Museum’s ongoing 25 anniversary celebration continues this summer with an exhibition that highlights the ways nature inspires design. NATURE’S BLUEPRINTS: BIOMIMCRY IN ART AND DESIGN features a dozen interactive installations that highlight the ways nature inspires the things we use every day. The exhibit is the second in a series of three this year designed to celebrate the museum’s three pillars architecture, education and art.
